Mighty CrossFit prides itself on tending to the needs and goals of each athlete. Our classes host no more than 12 athletes and the intimate class sizes allow for individual attention from the coach. The attentive and knowledgeable coaching staff are trained to customize or scale each workout to meet the skills, experience, needs and goals of each athlete.Get Started

At Mighty CrossFit, we like to mix it up on Saturdays! From partner WODs to beach WODs to track days to weekend hikes. You can’t be too serious all of the time.
I started CrossFit in 2015 with zero fitness background. I quickly became hooked and moved to being a trainer in 2017. Now with almost 8 years of experience, I really enjoy helping others learn what their potential is, and helping them to have fun while working out.
